井间泥岩夹层物性参数对蒸汽辅助重力驱油的影响

摘要:稠油油藏中泥岩夹层的存在对蒸汽辅助重力驱油(steam-assisted gravity drainage,SAGD)开采效果具有重要的影响。为分析井间泥岩夹层物性参数对SAGD开采效果的影响,以加拿大麦肯河油田某典型区块为研究对象,通过CMG油藏数值模拟软件建立表征SAGD注采井间泥岩夹层的数值模型,基于不同的泥岩夹层的长度、厚度、间距、夹层与井间的垂向距离、渗透率等进行正交试验,通过直观分析和方差分析,对模拟结果进行分析及验证,探讨泥岩夹层位于注采井正中间(BIP-A)和斜中间(BIP-B)2种模式下泥岩夹层各物性参数对石油采出效果的影响程度。结果表明,在BIP-A和BIP-B模式下,泥岩夹层各物性参数对石油采出效果的影响程度大小排序分别为长度>渗透率>厚度>间距>垂向距离和长度>厚度>渗透率>垂向距离>间距。SAGD生产布井时应避免泥岩夹层位于注采井正中间,根据各参数影响程度优化布井方式和采取必要措施(如压裂等),对SAGD高效生产具有重要的意义。

Effect of interwell mudstone interlayers’ physical parameters on steam-assisted gravity drainage

Abstract:The presence of mudstone interlayers has a great impact on the development of steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) in heavy oil reservoirs.In order to reveal the influence of mudstone interlayers' parameters on the effect of SAGD performance, a numerical simulation model was developed to study mudstone interlayers in SAGD wells by reservoir numerical simulation software CMG based on a block in Mackay river heavy oil reservoir, Canada.Orthogonal experiments were conducted according to the different length, thickness, spacing, vertical distance and permeability of mudstone interlayer.Through visual analysis and variance analysis, the simulation results were analyzed and validated, and the influence degree of the physical parameters of mudstone interlayer on recovery effect was discussed when mudstone interlayer was located in the middle of wells (BIP-A) and the middle inclined (BIP-B) , respectively.The results showed that under BIP-A and BIP-B modes, the effects of physical parameters of mudstone interlayer on recovery efficiency were as follows: length>permeability>thickness>spacing>vertical distance, and length>thickness>permeability>vertical distance>spacing, respectively.In addition, mudstone interlayer should be avoided in the middle of injection-production wells during SAGD production process.It was important to optimize well layout according to the influence degree of each parameter and to take necessary measures such as fracturing to achieve SAGD efficient production.
