潮式喷射机控除尘技术数值模拟研究

摘要:针对潮式喷射机井下工作过程中喷射机上料口和机身缝隙粉尘扩散导致的粉尘污染问题,提出一种基于负压引射技术的喷射机上料及控除尘方案,设计集尘罩对喷射机及上料装置进行密封。通过数值模拟的方法对控尘罩内的流场分布及粉尘运移规律进行研究,确定最佳的负压参数并进行现场应用,结果表明:负压1 300 Pa时控尘效果最佳,刮板运输机腔体内粉尘质量浓度降低到50 mg/m3以下。现场应用喷射机上料及控除尘装置后,上料口处和机身下风侧5 m处的降尘效率分别达到90.28%和87.36%,取得了较好的控尘效果。

Study on numerical simulation of the dust removal technologycontrolled by a tidal jet

Abstract:In order to solve the dust pollution problem caused by dust diffusion in the gap between the nozzle and the fuselage of a tidal jet machine, a scheme of feeding and dust control based on negative pressure injection technology was proposed. The dust collecting cover was designed to seal the ejector and the feeding device. The flow field distribution and dust migration law in the dust control cover were studied by numerical simulation ,the optimal negative pressure parameters were determined and applied in the field. The results showed that the dust control effect was the best when the negative pressure was 1 300 Pa, and the dust concentration in the scraper conveyor cavity was reduced to less than 50 mg/m3. The dust reduction efficiency at the feeding port and at 5 m point from the downwind side of the fuselage could reach 90. 28% and 87. 36% respectively after the application of the ejector feeding and dust control device.
