摘要:为了提高矿井提升机电气传动系统的维修效率,确保其能够安全、稳定运行,提出将案例推理技术应用到矿井提升机电气传动系统的维修决策中。首先,根据矿井提升机复杂的结构组成特点,使用基于特征表示的案例表示方法,建立多级案例检索模型,采用加权KNN案例检索算法计算案例间的相似度;其次,采用熵权法计算案例特征属性权重值;最后以河南某矿型号为JKMD4×4 Z)的提升机电气传动系统为例,对其实际监测数据进行分析,结果验证了该方法案例检索的有效性与可行性。

Abstract:In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of the mine hoist electric drive system and to ensure its safe and stable operation case-based reasoning technology was applied to the maintenance decision of mine hoist electric drive system. Firstly a multi-level case retrieval model was established by using a case representation method based on feature representation and the similarity between cases was calculated by using the weighted KNN case retrieval algorithm. Then the case feature attribute weight value was calculated by using the entropy weight method. Finally a mine model JKMD - 4 × 4 Z elevator electric drive system in Henan was taken as an example to analyze its actual monitoring data which verified the validity and feasibility of the case retrieval of the method proposed in this paper.
