双面T形焊件气孔缺陷空间定位模型无损伤验证方法研究

摘要:为了解决双面T形焊件气孔缺陷空间定位模型验证精度不理想的问题,提出一种该焊件的X射线检测图像模拟方法,获得该焊件的X射线检测模拟图像后,自动提取模拟图像中预设缺陷的空间位置数据,通过对比自动提取和预设的缺陷空间位置数据,实现该焊件气孔缺陷空间定位模型的无损伤验证。试验结果表明:该方法用于气孔缺陷空间定位模型的无损伤验证是可行的,缺陷深度定位精度为0.52%,缺陷偏移量定位精度为1.91%,沿焊缝纵向无误差。此方法可为该类焊件的缺陷空间分布特征研究与结构完整性评价奠定良好基础。

Study on nondestructive verification method of spatial location model forpore defects in double T style weldments

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of non-ideal verification accuracy of spatial location model for pore defects in double T style weldments, a simulation method of X-ray detection images for double T style weldments was proposed. The X-ray detection simulation images of weldments were obtained, and the spatial location data of presetting defects in simulation images were extracted automatically. Then the nondestructive verification of spatial location model was achieved by comparing the spatial location data of automatic extraction and presetting. The experimental results showed that the proposed method was feasible to the nondestructive verification of pore defects spatial location model in double T style weldments, the positioning accuracy of defects depth was 0. 52% , the positioning accuracy of defects deviation was 1.91 % , and there was no error along the weld longitudinal direction. The proposed method could provide a solid basis for the study of spatial distribution features of defects and for the structural integrity evaluation of weldments.
