CFRP约束高强混凝土圆柱抗压力学性能研究

摘要:为研究高强混凝土构件在CFRP约束下的受力特点和延性性能,建立CFRP约束高强混凝土圆柱应力与应变关系的理论模型。考虑CFRP约束层数和混凝土强度等级的影响,进行14组共42个混凝土圆柱试件的轴心抗压试验,对比分析各组试件的破坏形态、极限抗压强度和轴向变形。通过试验数据回归,提出CFRP约束高强混凝土圆柱的抗压强度、峰值应变及应力-应变关系计算公式。结果表明:外包CFRP对混凝土圆柱起到明显的约束作用,有效改善了高强混凝土圆柱的抗压强度和延性性能。CFRP约束对高强混凝土圆柱极限抗压强度的提高幅度,在一定范围内随CFRP约束层数的增加而增强,随混凝土强度等级的增大而减弱。

Abstract:Abstract ; In order to study the mechanical characteristics and ductility of high-strength concrete(HSC)CFRP,a theoretical model of the relationship between stress and strain of HSC columns under the constraint of CFRP was built. Considering the influence of CFRP layers and strength grade of concrete ,14 groups of 42 concrete cylinder specimens were tested under axial compression ,and the failure mode ,ultimate compressive strength and axial deformation of each group of specimens were compared and analyzed. Based on the regression of experimental data ,the formulas of compressive strength ,peak strain and stress-strain relationship of high-strength concrete columns confined by CFRP were put forward. The experimental results showed that the CFRP restrain-ed concrete cylinder and improved compressive strength and ductility of the high strength concrete cylinder. The improvement of the ultimate compressive strength of high strength concrete columns confined by CFRP in-creased with the increase of CFRP layers ,and decreased with the increase of strength grade of concrete.
