超声振动辅助钻削生物骨钻削力研究

摘要:在临床骨外科手术中,医生通常需要对骨进行预钻孔,以便植入固定装置,但是,骨钻孔 过程中钻削力过大或钻孔质量差,均会严重影响患者术后恢复速度。为此,对传统钻削与超声振动钻削生物骨进行对比试验,研究不同主轴转速、进给速度和超声振幅对钻削力大小的影响规律,分析骨钻孔入口质量情况。结果表明:超声辅助钻削可以有效降低轴向力,降幅约为 23.65%,当增大主轴转速或降低进给速度,钻削力均随之减小;钻削力随着超声振幅的增加而减小;超声钻削可以有效改善钻孔毛刺情况,提高钻孔加工质量。

Research on drilling force of ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling of biological bone

Abstract:In clinical orthopedic surgery the bone usually needed to be pre-drilled by the doctor in order to im-plant the fixation device. However the excessive drilling force and poor drilling quality in the process of drilling seriously affected the recovery speed of patients. In this paper the traditional drilling and ultrasonic vibration drilling biological bone comparative experiments were carried out the influences of different spindle speed feedspeed ultrasonic amplitude on the drilling force were studied and the qualities of bone drilling entrance were analyzed. The results showed that Ultrasonic assisted dilling could effectively reduce the axial force by about23.65% when the spindle speed was increased or the feed speed was decreased the drilling force decreased The drilling force decreased with the increase of ultrasonic amplitude Ultrasonic drilling could effectively im-prove the burr condition of drilling and the drilling quality.
