煤层底板隐伏陷落柱渗流演化模型试验研究

摘要:煤层底板隐伏陷落柱突水具有隐蔽性和突发性,是我国华北地区煤矿安全生产的重要隐患。为解决此类生产安全隐患,采用自主研发的煤层底板隐伏陷落柱渗流演化模型模拟试验系统对3组含不同陷落柱的试样进行试验,测试启动水压梯度、孔隙水压、流速等渗流关键参数,分析渗透压差-流速、孔隙水压-扩散半径的关系,并开展非达西流特征研究,结果表明:模型试验的启动水压梯度为0.60 ~1.57 MPa/m;渗透压差-流速、孔隙水压-扩散半径的关系均 现出非达西流特性;双曲线形式的孔隙水压系数与扩散半径拟合度较好;陷落柱渗流演化模试验的非达西流G因子均为负值。

Experimental study on the seepage evolution model of coal floor subsided karst collapse column

Abstract: The water inrush from the coal seam subsided karst collapse column has the characteristics of concealment and suddenness,which is an important hidden danger in the safe production of coal mining in North China.In order to solve this kind of production safety hidden danger in coal mine,the self-developed model experimental system of the seepage evolution mechanism was developed for the experiment of the water inrush from the coal seam subsided karst collapse column,and three groups of samples with different collapse column were prepared.The seepage key parameters such as start water pressure,pore water pressure,flow velocity were tested,the relationship of water pressure-flow velocity and pore pressure-diffusion radius were analyzed,and the non-Darcy flow characteristics analysis were carried out.The results showed that: The starting water pressure gradient of the model test was between 0.60 and 1.57 MPa/m; The water pressure-flow velocity and pore pressure-diffusion radius all showed the characteristics of non-Darcy flow; The hyperbolic form was used to fit the variation curve of pore water pressure coefficient with the diffusion radius; The non-Darcy flow β factor of model test was all negative.
