Abstract: Objectives When the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) operates under variable frequency power supply,rotor eccentricity will exacerbate the electromagnetic vibration of the motor and increase the difficulty of analyzing the electromagnetic force characteristics of the motor.In order to study the electromagnetic force characteristics of PMSM with rotor eccentricity,  Methods a fast analytical method for electromagnetic force characteristics was proposed.Based on the establishment of analytical models for permanent magnet magnetic force,stator winding fundamental and harmonic magnetic forces,and air gap magnetic permeability function of the motor,the analytical models for radial electromagnetic force were constructed for motors without eccentricity,with static eccentricity and dynamic eccentricity,and the order and frequency components of the electromagnetic force were studied. Results Through analysis,it was found that compared to the order r and its frequency component fk of the electromagnetic force when the motor was not eccentric,both static and dynamic eccentricities of the motor increased the electromagnetic force with orders r±1 and r±2.When the motor was statically eccentric,the frequency component of the newly emerging electromagnetic force was fk.When the motor was dynamically eccentric,the frequency components of the newly emerging electromagnetic force were fk±f1/pfk±2f1/p.In addition,a joint simulation model combining the motor and vector control circuit was established,which could reflect the changes in parameters such as winding inductance and permanent magnet magnetic flux of the motor under different operating states.The model was used to simulate and analyze the order and frequency components of radial electromagnetic force when the motor operated under load without eccentricity,with static eccentricity and dynamic eccentricity.The simulation analysis results were consistent with the analytical analysis results,verifying the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper.  Conclusions The research results in the paper could provide theoretical basis for the suppression of electromagnetic vibration and the prediction and diagnosis of motor faults.
