Abstract:In order to study the force of the bolts of the thin composite roof of the coal minethe theoretical analysisnumerical simulation and on-site observation methods were adopted use the three-hinged arch structure and the continuous beam mechanical analysis model of the roadway roof to anchor the rock were used to the bolt force and the stability of the top coal mining roadway. The conclusions were as followsThe normal stressshear stress and deflection in the bolt all occur in the soft rock section at the lowest part of the roofand the deep deflection was smallThe stress caused by bending deformation was greater than the stress caused by direct axial tensionand the bending deformation was greater than the axial tensile deformation. In addition to the overall sinking of the roadway roof anchor solidits internal uneven fracture deformation would impose a relatively large bending load on the bolt.Fracture angle and settlement of the three-hinged arch structure could be reduced by selecting the bolt with larger stiffnessstrong surface protection component and strong anchor cable.Aiming at the supporting top coal mining roadway of 3204 isolated island working face in 9th coal mine of Hemei coal companyhigh-strength bolt and densified anchor cable were used for active coupling support.Combined with double-layer plastic woven mesh to prevent leakage and cavingsingle hydraulic prop was used to strengthen support in local sectionswhich could effectively control the subsidence of thin composite anchor roofand reduce the bending deformation and fracture of boltcable. The surrounding rock was effectively controlled.
