Abstract:In order to study the deformation law of the expansive soil slope in the deeply-excavated canal,a deformation monitoring technology combining PS InSAR and SBAS InSAR was used to process 88 Sentinel-1A orbit elevation image data from January 11,2017 to December 27,2019.The long-term deformation velocity and cumulative deformation field of the slopes on both sides of the canal were obtained and analyzed, and the original soil composition was tested. The correlation between surface deformation and soil physical properties was analyzed, and the impact of rainfall on slope deformation was discussed. The results showed that the average annual deformation rate of the slope in the canal section was 10~25 mm/a,and the maximum cumulative deformation was about 60 mm.The overall slope was in an elevated state. The main component of expansive soil in the lower undisturbed rock and soil layer of the experimental area was illite.Under the influence of rainfall, the slope repeatedly rose or sank, and the peak deformation was closely related to the rainfall during the rainy season, with a certain lag.The overall trend of slope deformation can be characterized by the regression centerline between the slope shape variables in the canal section and time.
