Abstract:Static crushing technology has been widely used in coal miningbut different crushing parameters often have a great influence on the crushing effect of rock mass.In order to set reasonable static fracturing parameters to ensure that the working face smoothly passes through the hard rock mass of the faultthe 51106 fully mechanized mining face of Guojiawan coal mine encountering small fault was taken as an example in this paper.Firstthe crushing mechanism of static crushing agent was analyzed through mechanical theoryand then numerical simulation methods were used to qualitatively and quantitative analysis the influence of different rock mass boundary conditionsdifferent fracture hole layoutsdifferent fracture hole diameters and different pitch and aperture ratios on the siltstone crushing effect. The results showed that the crushed rock mass was mainly tensile failure in the static fracture processand a small amount of shear failure was mixed between the tensile failures When the top and both sides surfaces of the crushed rock mass were freethe three crushing effect indexes were the highestand the static crushing effect was the bestUnder the circumstance that the cost of crushing hole drilling and the difficulty of construction did not change much with the diameteras the diameter of crushing hole increasedthe penetration ratecracking rate and damage rate of adjacent crushing holes per unit area of rock mass gradually increasedand the rate of increase was getting faster and faster From the perspective of cost performance and rock crushing and mining requirementsthe most reasonable pitch and aperture ratio of fracturing hole was 67.
