Abstract:In order to explore the spatio-temporal variation characteristics and driving factors of eukaryotic phytoplankton community structure in Danjiangkou ReservoirIllumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the phytoplankton community composition and environmental factors in July 2019 and January 2020.The results showed that in summer7 phyla134 genera191 species of phytoplankton were identifiedmainly Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta.The species of Chlorophyta was 2.51 times higher than that of bacillariophytabut the abundance of bacillariophyta was 2.77 times that of chlorophyta.The average diversityrichness and evenness were 1.5884.87 and 0.36respectively.The dominant genera were Discostella of diatom and Botryococcus of chlorophyta.In winter6 phyla105 genera139 species of phytoplankton were identifiedthe dominant phylum were chlorophytafollowed by bacillariophytathe species and abundance of chlorophyte were 2.66 times and 2.30 times that of diatomrespectively.The average diversityrichness and evenness were higher than those in summerwhich were 2.6399.56 and 0.58.The main dominant genera were Follicularia of chlorophytaMonactinus and Aulacoseira of diatom. Redundancy analysis RDA of phytoplankton and environmental factors showed that temperaturetotal nitrogenpH and nitrate nitrogen were the main environmental factors driving eukaryotic phytoplankton community structure in Danjiangkou Reservoir.In summerthe low diversity of phytoplankton and the high abundance of single dominant species were likely to cause the instability of aquatic ecosystemso it was suggested to strengthen the awareness of prevention and supervision.
