Abstract:Team safety construction is the main object of“ double base“ construction and it is the basic construction to ensure safe production in the mine. However the factors and technical methods that need to be considered in different types of coal mine construction are very different. The coal mines of plateau type have special humanities geography working environments etc. so that the construction of the team needs to be carried out in combination with the above factors from the perspective of security. Dameigou coal mine of plateau type was taken as the research object and the construction measures for the safety construction of the team were proposed from the aspects of body physiology psychology and work behavior . In the aspect of body construction the key projects of plateau physical examination were put forward psychological analysis questionnaire for the characteristics of Dameigou coal mine was designed in psychological construction the analytic hierarchy process AHP was used in the work construction to analyze the factors affecting the accident of the team and the analysis results could provide the key points for accidents prevention the combination of AHP and gray relational analysis AHP-GRA was used to quantitatively assess the ability of the team leader candidate which could provide a scientific basis for the selection team leader.
