Abstract:Endocrine disrupting chemicals ( EDCs) are main environmental pollutants, which are widely found in soil and water bodies. When EDCs were absorbed into bodies, they cause serious disturbances to the body hormones and affected the growth and development of organism. In this study, solid phase extraction method was used to enrich and purify samples. N, O-bis ( trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide ( BSTFA) was used as derivatization reagent to transform the samples. Ion monitoring ( SIM) mode was selected and GC-MS analysis was performed to determine 8 EDCs. The 8 EDCs were steroidal EDCs including estrone ( E1) , estradiol ( E2) , estriol ( E3) , ethinyl estradiol ( EE2) and phenolic EDCs including 2, 4-dichlorophenol ( 2, 4-DP) , bisphenol A ( BPA) , 4-t-octylphenol ( 4-t-OP) , 4-n-nonylphenol ( 4-n-NP) . A method for detecting 8 kinds of EDCs with GC-MS was herein established. The detective concentration ranged 0. 5 ~ 140 ng/L. By the method, the contents of EDCs in Wei river were determined. The results showed that the method could be applied to quantitative analysis of EDCs in the environmental samples and provided a reference for the detection of EDCs.
