火成岩侵入特厚煤层巷道支护技术研究

摘要:针对大同矿区石炭系火成岩侵入特厚煤层大断面巷道稳定控制难题,分析巷道围岩变形破坏特征,并提出相应的控制方法。现场煤岩体原位强度测试以及巷道变形观测分析表明,受火成岩侵入后,煤体硅化易碎,黏聚力和内摩擦角显著减小,火成岩侵入特厚煤层巷道围岩表现出结构性流变特性。基于此,提出了高预应力让压支护技术,并在塔山矿二盘区回采巷道开展了工程应用,能有效控制了火成岩侵入特厚煤层巷道围岩的结构性流变。

Abstract:Due to the stability controlling problem of very thick coal seam which intruded by igneous rock of carboniferous system in Datong coal mine field, the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock of tunnel were analyzed, and the corresponding control technology was put forward. Field test of rock mass strength and observation of deformation of roadway were conducted. The result shows that the surrounding rock of very thick coal seam which intruded by igneous rock displays the properties of structural rheological behavior. Based on this, high pre-stress and yielding supporting technology was proposed. Research achievement was successfully used in Tashan coal mine second mining area tunnel supporting project.
