轻质烧结砖与污泥烧结砖冻融试验

摘要:为研究冻融作用下轻质烧结砖和污泥烧结砖的抗冻性能,对轻质烧结砖和污泥烧结砖进行冻融试验研究,得到表观损伤、质量损失率、开孔孔隙率和强度损失率与冻融次数之间的关系。结果表明,轻质烧结砖冻融损伤速率发展较快,不适用于寒冷和严寒地区可能与水接触的结构。基于弹塑性力学理论分析了冻融破坏机理,结合材料损伤理论,提出了用冻融前后的开孔孔隙率增量表征的强度损伤方程。将此方程与试验数据拟合,分别得到轻质烧结砖和污泥烧结砖强度损失随开孔也隙率增量的变化关系。

Abstract:To investigate the anti-freezing capability of light sintered shale bricks and sludge sintered bricks, following the experimental investigation, the relationship between surface change, mass loss rate, porosity rate, strength loss rate and the freezing and thawing cycles was obtained.The results show that the light sintered shale bricks inappropriate in cold region and bitter cold region which are in soaking environment, for the bad performance under the freezing action.Combining the theory of material damage and elastic and plastic mechanics theory, the freeze-thaw failure mechanism was analyzed and put forward a damage evolution with increment of porosity.Using this equation fitting experimental data, it is gotten the relationship of the two kinds of brick strength loss with the incremental of open porosity.
