基于小波理论和故障暂态信号的小电流接地故障选线策略

摘要:为解决单相接地故障稳态特征信号微弱而造成的选线困难问题,提出基于小波理论和故障暂态信号的小电流接地故障选线策略。该方法首先根据电网零序电压是否突然大幅升高判断电网是否发生了接地故障,并根据零序电压的模极大值出现的时刻确定接地故障发生的时间点;其次,提取故障前后一个周波内的线路电流数据进行小波分解;最后,分析、比较电流信号小波分解后的结果,确定故障线路。通过多个现场实例验证,可以实现小电流接地故障有效选线。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the difficulty of the fault line selection for single phase to ground fault, a small current grounding fault line selection strategy based on wavelet theory and fault transient signal is proposed.Firstly, the method determines whether the grid occur a ground fault according to that whether the grid zero-sequence voltage occurssa sudden sharp rise, and the time point of a ground fault based on the time of modulus maxima of the zero-sequence voltage occurs.Secondly, the line current data before and after the failure within a cycle is extracted to conduct wavelet decomposition.Finally, the fault line is determined through analyzing and comparing the results of current wavelet decomposition.The effectiveness of the method has been validated in multiple field instances, which is an effective method for fault line selection.
