摘要:为实现煤矿中央控制系统对井下关键参数如瓦斯浓度、温(湿)度、粉尘、烟雾等的实时监测,有效提高煤矿开采安全,改善井下作业环境,设计并实现了一种基于STM32微控制器的便携式井下多参数监控系统。该系统采用模块化的设计思想,以STM32微控制器为核心,以MQ4,MQ-2,DHT11,ZPH01等传感器为参数采集工具,实现对煤矿井下关键参数的采集、处理、显示、预警,并实现与中央控制系统的实时通讯,从而可以针对紧急情况进行快速处理。测试结果表明,系统采集数据精度高、工作稳定、携带方便,适合在井下应用。

Abstract:In order to realize the coal mine central control system for underground key parameters such as realtime monitoring of gas concentration, temperature, humidity, dust, smoke, and effectively improve the coal mining safety, the underground working environment, a portable multi-parameter monitoring system based on STM32 microcontroller is designed and implemented.The system is designed by using modular design and STM32 micro controller as the core, sensor with MQ4, MQ-2, DHT11, ZPH01.As a parameter acquisition tool, and the system can the acquisition, processing, displaying and warning of the key parameters of the coal mine, and the real-time communication with the central control system, so that it can deal with the emergency.The results of experiment show that the system has the merit of high acquisition, stable and easy to carry, which is suitable for the underground application.
