半自磨机磨矿效果的数值模拟及实验研究

摘要:为提高半自磨机生产能力,建立半自磨机仿真模型,利用离散元法软件(EDEM)对半自磨机进行数值模拟,得到转速率、衬板数量、衬板高度等参数对磨矿效果的影响规律。利用自制的半自磨实验样机,通过实验研究转速率、衬板数量、衬板高度对半自磨机有用功率的影响,实验数据分析表明,数值模拟得到的规律与实验结果接近,即半自磨机转速率为0.8、衬板条数为32、衬板高度为8 mm时,半自磨机的磨矿性能最优。此结果可为实际生产提供理论参考。

Abstract:In order to improve production capacity of semi-autogenous mill, the simulation model of SAG was set up.Influence regularity, caused by rotate speed, the numbers of lining board and height of lining board, was obtained.Using the prototype, the experiment studied the useful power by analyzing rotate speed, the numbers of lining board and height of lining board.it was proved that the influence regularity obtained from simulation was similar with experimental result that the rotate speed was 0.8, the number of lining board was32 and height of lining board was 8 mm.The conclusion can provide theoretical reference for production.
