摘要:为合理利用高硫炼焦煤以及降低硫对环境的污染,选用山西新峪焦煤作为研究对象,开展炼焦煤微波脱硫的基础研究,对新峪焦煤以及含硫模型化合物、单质硫、黄铁矿、二苯并噻吩的介电特质进行测试,在微波频率2 450 MHz的条件下进行了微波脱硫实验。结果表明,处理后的煤样介电特性的变化与煤中硫的脱除有关,其含硫及硫模型化合物的介电常数大小是黄铁矿>单质硫>二苯并噻吩;在微波频率为0.1~6.5 GHz,掺混1%~5%单质硫、黄铁矿、二苯并噻吩的条件下对新峪焦煤进行介电特性的测试中,新峪焦煤添加单质硫和硫铁矿对介电常数变化不明显,而对于二苯并噻吩,随着含量的增加新峪焦煤的相对介电常数值增加。

Abstract:It is necessary to remove sulfur from coal concerning that the high sulfur content of coking coal can be rational utilization and reduce the effect of sulfur pollution to the environment, so coking coal is selected from Xinyu as the research and it is chosen typical sulfur compounds:sulfur (Pyrite) 、inorganic sulfur and organic sulfur (two benzothiophene) as well as Xinyu coking coal to dielectric properties test.Microwaves desulfurization experiment is done with band of 2 450 MHz.Finally the follow conclusions were reached:after processing of the change of the dielectric properties of coal samples related to the removal of sulfur in coal; its model of sulfur and typical sulfur compounds is the size of the dielectric constant:inorganic sulfur > sulfur (Pyrite) > organic sulfur (two benzothiophene) ; in microwave frequency range of 0.1 ~ 6.5 GHz, blending1% ~ 5% of sulfur (Pyrite) 、inorganic sulfur and organic sulfur (two benzothiophene) , elemental sulfur is added in the Xinyu coking coal and pyrite of dielectric constant change is not obvious, for organic sulfur (two benzothiophene) , with the increase of content of the Xinyu coking coal for the relative dielectric constant value increase.
