Abstract：The author evaluated the logistics efficiency of nearly 10 years' data in Henan province by means of SE-DEA model, it finds that efficiency is high generally, of which efficiency evaluation ranked first in 2015. The scale and benefits of logistics decreased year by year since 2011 due to the global economic downturn. The author analyzes influencing factors of logistics efficiency in Henan province by means of Tobit model, the results show that location factors and utilization of logistics resource influence logistics efficiency largely in Henan province. Finally, the author proposed some suggests on the development of logistics in Henan province.
