Abstract：The socialist core values is the spiritual power to realize the idea of “people centered”. On the basis of the macro, medium and micro dialectical unification, socialist core values provides value support of realizing the idea of “people centered”. From a macro point of view, the value pursuit on national level can provide practical material, political, cultural and social conditions and related value orientation, it also provides macro value principle of realizing the idea of “people centered”. From the medium perspective, the value requirements on social collective level is good for restoring moral introspection of the social members on our own initiative, fostering good social moral culture, which can guide realizing the idea of “people centered”with the medium value criterion. From the micro point of view, the principle of the socialist core values on individual level is beneficial to improving people's moral level, forming a better moral realm of morality, which offers realizing the idea of “people centered”with micro personal values.
