摘要:针对磨矿过程非线性、时变、磨矿粒度难以直接在线测量等问题,提出磨矿生产过程综合自动化技术。该技术由过程控制系统和制造执行系统2层结构实现。通过以太网Ether Net、控制网Control Net,基于Control Logix系统与RSview32对控制系统进行开发,并应用于选矿厂的磨矿生产过程,实现了磨矿生产过程的优化控制、运行和管理,取得显著的应用效果。

Abstract:For grinding process with characteristics such as nonlinear,time-varying,grind size can't be measured directly online,integrated automation technology,composed of and process control system and manufacturing execution system,is put forward.Through Ether Net and Control Net,the system is exploited based on Control Logix and RSview32,and it applied to grinding process of a concentrator.Ultimately,optimal control,operation and management is realized in grinding processes,and remarkable application result is achieved.
