二级煤矿乳化炸药的高温性能研究

摘要:为研究二级煤矿乳化炸药在持续高温环境下的安全温度以及在不同燃烧温度下的性状变化特征,将炸药试样在2种温度梯度下进行试验。研究表明,在80~105℃时,正常使用临界温度为95℃;在170~210℃时,燃烧的临界温度为175℃。当高于燃烧临界温度时乳化炸药持续加热过程表现为:白色→白透明→表面出现白色颗粒→黄色透明→表面出现气泡→逐渐变黑→黑色焦状→放出大量的烟→燃烧,随着温度的升高,发生燃烧反应所需要的时间越来越短。试验结果对高温环境下的爆破安全生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:In order to get the safe temperature of class 2 coal mine permissible emulsion explosive which is in sustained heating environment,and the variation characteristics in different combustion temperature,the explosive is put in two ladder temperature for search.The results show that the normal using temperature of the explosive is 95 ℃ in the situation of 80 ~ 105 ℃,and the critical temperature of the explosive combustion is175 ℃ in the situation of 170 ~ 210 ℃.Above the critical temperature,the continuous heating process of emulsion explosive is as follows: white→white and transparent→white particles on the surface→yellow and transparent bubbles on the surface→become black gradually→black coke-like →smoke→combustion.With the increasing of temperature,the needed time for combustion reaction is more and more short.The experiment results are significance for safe production during high temperature blasting.
