无极绳连续牵引车转弯期间安全运行技术研究

摘要:针对平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司三矿倾斜长壁工作面轨道斜巷的长运距、多转弯、超大坡度等条件,设计制造和安装了SQ-120/132P型无极绳牵引车连续运输系统,代替多部调度绞车串联运输系统,实现连续直达辅助运输。对轨道斜巷底板轨道的铺设质量提出基本要求;建立了弯道转弯时牵引列车受力分析理论模型;推导出转弯期间牵引车理论运行速度与牵引列车质量之间的定量关系:随着牵引列车质量的增加,牵引车正常运行的速度将减小。通过现场工业性试验,得到不同条件下牵引车合理运行速度。研究结论有助于无极绳连续运输系统安全性能的提高和推广应用。

Abstract:Based on the application conditions of long haulage distance,multi-turning,and super-large inclined angle of track inclined drift of inclined long wall coal face in No.3 Coal Mine,Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Co.,Ltd.,the continuous transport system with endless ropetractor of series SQ-120 /132 P was designed,manufactured and installed.It was took the place of serial transport system with multiple scheduling winches.So,continuously direct auxiliary transport could be implemented.The laying quality of track on track inclined drift floor was requested.A force analysis theoretical model was established on traction train during its turning in the curve,and the quantitative relation between was introduced the theoretical running velocity of tractor and the quality of the traction train.With the quality of traction train increasing,its normal running velocity will decrease.Finally,through field industrial test,reasonable running velocity is obtained for traction train in different conditions.The conclusions are in favor of the safety performance improvement of continuous transport system with endless ropetractor and its application.
