Abstract：In view of the demand of public opinion analysis of network hot spots,in the open and participatory network information diffusion model,the new interaction was studied behaviors among users in the network,and new features of the spread of hot event under the open and participatory mode.Using network mining technology it is extracted time and space information of hot spots and events through the network hot spot event review mining.Through the network hot events,the visual expression of the geographical distribution of the population is concerned,and the public opinion dynamics of the network hot events was gotten,and it provides decision support for the comprehensive management of public opinion.
