基于连续冲击震动下煤体瓦斯的释放特征试验研究

摘要:连续冲击震动可能改变煤体中瓦斯的赋存状态,改善煤层的渗透性,从而提高煤体中气体的释放速度。试验中将73 kg的煤样密封加压至25 MPa,以0.5 MPa的压力注入CH4模拟N2,稳定120 h后将气体自然排出,运用高精度流量计记录排出时间段约18 h的流量。在流量记录的过程中,对煤样施加质量为1.36 kg的铁锤,悬挂高度为0.3 m、频率为80次/min的试验(进行5组)。结果显示,在持续冲击震动下,煤体中的气体释放速度在记录初期提升30%以上,而在末期,可提高约300%。研究表明:连续冲击震动可以提高煤体中气体的释放速度,为采煤过程中瓦斯抽采效率的提高提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:Experimental study is made to verify that continuous shock and vibration may change the gas occurrence in coal, improve the permeability of the coal, and consequently increase the gas release rate. In the present study, a 73 kg coal sample was sealed and pressurized to 25 MPa. N2, which is simulated the gas, was injected and maintained at 0. 5 MPa for 120 h. Then the gas was discharged naturally, and the release rate was recorded by a high-precision flowmeter for approximately 18 h. During the gas discharged, the gas was continuously shocked by 1. 36 kg hammer, hanging height of 0. 3 m at a frequency of 80 times / min, and5 groups data were recorded. The results showed that: the release rate of gas improved more than 30% at the beginning of the 18 h, and about 300% at the end. Study suggests that continuous and shock vibration can efficiently improve the coal gas release, and that the method may provides a new idea to raise the efficiency of coal gas drainage during coal mining.
