掘进工作面前方力学场动态耦合演化规律

摘要:以登槽煤矿为试验矿井,采用现场试验和数值模拟方法对掘进工作面前方力学场进行动态观测分析和模拟,获得了力学场的分布规律,揭示了不同力学场之间耦合演化控制机理。结果显示:分步匀速掘进的煤层巷道前方瓦斯压力呈现典型的三带特征,循环向前推移,瓦斯压力场对地应力场具有一致的动态耦合响应特征;卸压区瓦斯压力场响应滞后地应力场1~2 m,压力升高带和原始压力带基本一致;工作面前方的地应力峰值随工作面推进呈波浪式向前移动,且峰值应力逐渐增大至临界值;瓦斯压力分布受地应力大小、煤体结构和掘进速度影响。

Abstract:Taking Dengcao coal mine as test coal mine, adopting of field test and simulating and analyzing the distribution of the mechanical field in front of a heading face, the distribution law of the mechanical field is obtained, and the mechanism of the coupling evolution between different mechanics is revealed. The results show that the gas pressure presents a typical“three zones”characteristic to advance forward cyclically in front of the seam roadway driven uniformly and stepwise, and the dynamic coupling response features between gas pressure fields and ground stress fields are consistent. In the pressure relief zone, the gas pressure field response lags behind the ground stress field about 1 ~ 2 m, while they are basically the same in the gas pressure concentration area and original gas pressure area. The peak value of ground stress moves wavy forward with the heading face advancing, and it increases gradually to a critical value. The distribution of gas pressure is controlled by ground stress, coal structure and driving speed.
