基于多窗谱估计的维纳滤波语音增强算法

摘要:针对维纳滤波在复杂背景噪声情况下,语音信号成分衰减过大的问题,提出了一种基于多窗口谱估计和维纳滤波相结合的语音增强方法。该方法先将带噪语音进行多窗口谱估计,再通过小波阈值去除噪声项得到近似纯净的语音谱;然后与维纳滤波处理后的语音谱相比较,根据不同的失真类型选择相应的谱作为最终增强的语音谱。仿真结果表明,在不同类型的噪声和信噪比条件下,该方法在抑制噪声和降低语音信号衰减上优于均方预测误差(MSCEP)和预白化子空间(PSS)方法。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the speech signal suffers great attenuation by a Wiener filter under complex background noise, a speech enhancement method is proposed that combines multi-window spectrum estimation and a Wiener filter. First, In this method, a multi window spectral estimation is performed with a noise speech, then, approximate pure speech spectrum is obtained by wavelet threshold techniques, the obtained approximate pure speech spectrum is compared with the speech spectrum that has been processed by the Wiener filter, and the proper spectrum is obtained as the final enhanced speech spectrum according to the distortion type. The simulation results show that under different types of noise and signal-to-noise ratios, the method is superior to the mean square cross prediction error ( MSCEP) method and prewhitening subspace ( PSS) method in suppressing noise and reducing speech signal attenuation situation.
