一体式紧凑型非晶合金变压器主要技术参数的分析方法

摘要:为研究非晶合金变压器的铁芯叠厚、空载电流、阻抗电压等关键技术参数的分析方法,基于变压器的传统设计思路,对绕组结构参数的计算方法进行改进,解决了非晶合金变压器设计误差大,材料消耗多等问题。通过设计SH15-100/10-0.4型非晶合金变压器,并进行空载和短路的有限元仿真试验分析。结果表明,该变压器不仅绝缘性能良好,主绝缘距离和体积小,而且还具有较低的空载损耗、空载电流、负载损耗和材料成本。证明所提出的非晶合金变压器的分析方法是可行和有效的。

Abstract:For the research of key technical parameters of amorphous alloy transformer, such as the core pile of thick, no-load current, impedance voltage and so on, the method for calculating the parameters of winding structure is made improvements based on traditional design idea of transformer. And the problems are solved that are the great error in the amorphous alloy transformer design and the material consumption, etc. Through the design of amorphous alloy transformer called SH15-100 /10-0. 4, The finite element simulation of the noload and short circuit is carried on. The experimental study shows that the transformer not only has good insulation performance, short main insulation distance and small volume, but also has low no-load loss, no-load current of transformer, load loss and the cost of materials. It can be seen that the proposed analytical method of amorphous alloy transformer is feasible and effective.
