摘要:以M5,M10,M15,M20四个强度等级水泥砂浆为试验对象,在相同条件下分别进行0,20,40,60次冻融腐蚀循环试验,研究机制砂石粉含量变化对水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗压强度损失率和质量损失率的影响。结果表明,冻融循环不超过60次时,M5水泥砂浆最佳石粉含量为10%~15%,M10,M15水泥砂浆最佳石粉含量为10%左右,M20水泥砂浆最佳石粉含量为15%~20%。

Abstract:The cement mortar of four strength grade ( M5, M10, M15, and M20) is investigated to explore the effect of various contents of stone powder to the compressive strength, the loss rate of compressive strength, and quality in this study, according to the freeze-thaw corrosion of 0, 20, 40, and 60 cycles under identical conditions. The test results show that the best stone powder content of M5 cement mortar is 10% ~ 15%, that the best stone powder content of cement mortar M10 and M15 is 10% or so, and that the best stone powder content of cement mortar M20 is 15% ~ 20%.
