基于MC34063矿用本安直流不间断电源的设计

摘要:为了解决矿用供电电网停电导致通讯及监控设备无法正常工作的现状,设计了一种矿用直流不间断电源。采用降压型DC/DC转换器MC34063,充电管理采用UC3906以及LM339实现对不间断电源充电的管理。在交流供电正常时,交流供电系统供电;当交流电发生故障时,由蓄电池提供电源,并且蓄电池提供不小于两个小时的供电,满足了矿用不间断电源的要求。仿真测试结果表明,该直流不间断电源具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:In order to solve the current situation that mine power supply grid's power cut leads to the communication and monitoring equipment cannot work normally, a kind of mine DC uninterruptible power supply is designed. By using a step-down DC / DC converter MC34063 as well as UC3906 and LM339 to achieve the management of the uninterrupted power supply, AC power supply system is powered when AC power supply is normal, and the system is powered by battery power supply when AC failure occurs. It meets the requirements of the mine uninterrupted power supply, and the battery can work at least two hours. The simulation test results show that DC uninterruptible power supply has a certain practicality.
