巷道围岩稳定性表征变量的一种快速实现方法

摘要:针对某些表征围岩稳定性的新变量存在数据量大、处理过程繁琐等问题,以某矿为工程背景,提出了一种基于VB编程的围岩新表征变量的快速批量实现方法,在此基础上,对围岩屈服范围、扰动程度和围岩扰动应力场中主应力的偏转规律进行了分析。结果表明:二次处理程序大大提高了围岩新表征变量的处理速度,降低了手动分批计算的错误率,且点安全系数表征的围岩屈服范围与常规塑性区范围基本吻合,并反映出巷道底板的扰动程度大于顶板及两帮,扰动应力场中,巷道两帮的最大主应力为竖直应力,顶底板的最大主应力为平行于巷道径向的水平应力。

Abstract:Aiming to some new variables which characterize the stability of surrounding rock existing some problems such as the large amount of data and trivial process, taking a mine as the engineering background, this paper expounds a fast implementation method and process of new variables based on VB programming.The broken rock zone, broken degree of surrounding rock, and the deflecting law of principal stress in disturbed stress were analyzed. The results show: (1) the processing speed of new variables was greatly enhanced by a secondary handler, and that the error rate of manual batching calculation was reduced; (2) the range of plastic zone of point safety factor was roughly same as that of conventional plastic zone, and the point safety factor of surrounding rock reflected that the range of plastic zone in roadway floor was greater than that in the roadway roof and two sides; (3) in disturbance stress, the maximum principal stress in roadway two sides was vertical stress, and such principal stress in both roadway roof and floor was horizontal stress paralleled to the roadway radial. The research results can provide similar new ideas and methods for the rapid implementation of similar new variables.
