摘要:将具有较强碱性的赤泥制成粒状脱硫剂,通过正交试验,考察了烧结温度、烧结时间和添加剂掺比3个因素对脱硫剂强度和耐水性的影响,并确定最佳制备脱硫剂的方案.结果表明,烧结温度对赤泥粒状脱硫剂的强度和耐水性影响较显著;烧结时间和添加剂掺比的影响较小,并且两者影响相当.烧结温度为800℃、烧结时间为0.5 h、添加剂掺比为20%的条件下,制得的脱硫剂强度和耐水性最好.

Abstract:Strength and water-resistance are important evaluation indexes of granular desulfurizer. In this paper, red mud made into granular desulfurizer is used to investigate the influence of sintering temperature, sintering time and additives on strength and water-resistance by means of an orthogonal test. According to the result of an orthogonal test, the optimal experiment condition is obtained. The result illustrates that sintering temperature has a greater influence on the strength of desulfurizer than sintering time and additives, while the two others are almost same. The sintering temperature at 800 ℃, sintering time at 0. 5 h and the ratio of additives at 20% will organize the optimal experiment method.
