盘式同轴永磁减速器传动机理仿真分析

摘要:永磁减速器是利用永磁体之间的引力或斥力实现非接触式的力和运动传递的.通过有限元仿真,建立了盘式同轴永磁减速器低速侧气隙磁密轴向分量的分布曲线.通过对气隙磁密谐波静态结构、主动磁极转动时气隙磁密谐波的变化规律,以及磁密谐波与从动磁极磁力耦合过程的分析,从直观角度阐明了永磁减速器的传动机理.对气隙磁密的周期性变化过程进行了分析,探讨了从动转子输出静力矩中谐波分量的产生原因.

Abstract:Using the attraction and repulsion force between permanent magnets to realize the non-contact force and motion transmission is a new type transmission technology. With the FE simulation, the distribution curves of the space harmonic flux density's axial component in the low speed-side air gap of disc type coaxial-permanent magnet reducer were obtained. Through the analysis of a static structure on the harmonic flux density curve, the variation regularity of harmonic flux density during the driving magnet pole-rotating, and the magnetic coupling process of harmonic flux density and driven magnet poles, the transmission mechanism of the permanent magnet reducer was intuitively explained. The period of the harmonic flux density, and the causes of harmonic component in a static torque of a driven shaft were also discussed.
