齿轮设计中经验系数线图或数表的数字化方法与程序开发

摘要:利用计算机进行人机交互式齿轮设计或齿轮结构参数的优化设计时,需要将有关经验系数线图或数表进行数字化.通过研究齿轮设计过程中所涉及的线图或数表的特点,提出将线图或数表表示成二维或多维数组;根据确定经验系数的各影响因素变量的数值,实现用计算机直接查取或经过插值计算获得经验系数的方法.这不仅克服了各个系数取值因人而异造成的计算结果差别较大的技术问题,而且能够提高设计效率和设计质量,同时又为齿轮参数的计算机辅助优化设计奠定了基础.利用Visual Basic开发的独立程序,可根据具体生产条件确定输入变量的数值,使得计算结果既科学又实用.

Abstract:When using a computer for man-machine interactive gear design or optimization design of gear structure parameters, the experimental diagram or numerical table needed to be digitized. A diagram or a numerical table was expressed as a two-dimensional or a multidimensional array by studying the characteristics of the diagram or the numerical table involved in the gear design, then according to each experimental influence factor, the experimental coefficients can be obtained directly or after interpolation. This method not only overcome the dependence of coefficient values on the designer interests, but also can improve the design efficiency and design quality. At the same time, it laid a foundation for the computer aided optimization design of gear parameters. Using the independent program developed by Visual Basic, one can determine the input variable values according to specific productions, and make the design parameters scientific and practical.
