基于工频双端不同步数据的输电线路故障测距研究

摘要:针对农网10 kV输电线路在运行中存在的单相接地、两相短路等问题,结合故障定位已有的算法,提出了一种基于双端不同步数据的故障测距方法.该算法根据故障后沿线电压的分布规律,在不要求双端数据同步时,利用线路两端故障前电压和电流相量在线计算线路参数,将两端数据采样的不同步因素以不同步角的形式引入,建立了故障测距关于不同步角的方程;为了提高测距精度,采用多个点的不同步角的平均值作为不同步角差,建立了农网10 kV线路单相接地故障的仿真模型,采用双端不同步数据故障测距方法进行了故障测距.仿真计算表明,采用双端不同步算法在不同的情况下都提高了测距精度,且不受过渡电阻、系统运行方式等因素的影响.

Line fault location research based on two-terminal asynchronous data

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of the distance measuring, a new approach to fault location based on distributed parameter model, which voltages and currents of the two ends of the transmission line do not need to be measured synchronously, is presented in the paper.The method was aimed at the existing problem on 10kV line, such as single-phase ground and two-phase short circuit.By using the asynchronous angel for asynchronous factor of two-terminal data sampling, the equation of fault location and the asynchronous angel is established.In order to improve the location accuracy, the average of asynchronous angle of many points are used as asynchronous angle.The single-phase ground fault circuit simulation model of the rural network 10kV is established.Simulation results by the Matlab and real data validation show that the algorithm is not only of high accuracy and robustness, but also not affected by fault resistance, fault type, fault location and incidence angle of the fault occurrence.
