Research state and its development trends for control function of geological structure to coal and gas outburst

Abstract：Control function on various types of geological structure to coal and gas outburst is given a preliminary analysis, and it's typical outburst examples happened in various types of structural zone are counted.Mostly, researches on control function of geological structure to coal and gas outburst were qualitative and statistical analysis during the last hundred years, and quantitative research was still under way.The paper pointed out that quantitative study should carry out on control function mechanism of geological structure to coal and gas outburst on the basis of the qualitative researches.The direction and study is kinetics coupling tectonic stress field analysis of the breakdown field of coal, rock and gas migration field.
