轻型放顶煤支架在较薄厚煤层中应用可行性研究

摘要:炮采放顶煤开采技术在河南乃至全国中型矿井中得到了广泛应用,但炮面机械化程度低,而且存在较严重的安全事故隐患.针对红岭煤矿较薄厚煤层单体支柱炮放开采的地质条件,系统地观测了放顶煤工作面矿压显现,分析计算了工作面来压步距、来压强度,以及支架合理工作阻力等有关参数.根据红岭煤矿开采煤层围岩属于易控制围岩,计算了放顶煤液压支架工作阻力,提出了取代目前炮采放顶煤开采的综放工作面配套设备方案.研究结论为今后红岭煤矿实施轻型综合机械化放顶煤开采技术,提高矿井机械化程度和安全高效生产能力提供了技术支持.

Feasibility study for light-supports applied in thinner thick-seam

Abstract:Blasting mining with sublevel caving is widely applied in medium coal mines in Henan province and even in China.But, the level of mechanization at blasting coal faces with sublevel caving is lower, and more severe hidden danger is existed at the coal faces.Based on the geological condition of supporting by monomer hydraulic props, blasting mining with sublevel caving in thinner thick-seam at Hongling Coal Mine of Yongcheng Coal and Electrical Group Compang, the strata behaviors of the coal face were systematically observed and main parameters such as weighting interval, weighting intensity and reasonable working resistance of supports, etc., were analyzed.Because the strata around the coal face at Hongling Coal Mine belong to easily controlled ones, working resistance of hydraulic supports with sublevel caving was calculated.The scheme of coordination equipments with light-supports for fully mechanized coal face with sublevel caving was put forward, which can be instead of that at blasting coal face.The conclusions provide technological support in the future to fulfill fully mechanized mining with sublevel caving by light-supports at Hongling Coal Mine.The level of mechanization and production capacity with safety and high-efficiency at coal face will be improved.
