摘要:近红外双波长反射式脑血氧监测仪采用760nm和850nm 2个波长的近红外光作为介质,能够无损、实时、连续监测脑血氧信息.根据广义郎伯-比尔定律推导出双波长数理模型,该模型只需测1个参数光强吸收比率n;根据组织光学中脑组织各成分对光的吸收情况选取波长,源标距是通过实验并进行数据分析最后确定的;给出了硬件设计思路,通过简单的憋气试验验证了该监测仪的有效性.

Study of reflecting mode brain blood-oxygen monitor with near infrared dual wavelength
Abstract:In the appatatus, near infrared light 760nm and 850nm are used as the media.It can noninvasively, real-time and continuously monitor brain blood-oxygen information.Based on the Lambert-Beer law, the dual wavelenth math and physics model was deduced, and this model only need measure one parameter which is light intension absorption rate n.Referring to the absorption of the brain tissue's ingredients in tissue optics, the wavelengths were choosed.Through the exprement and data analysis, the source-target distance was obtained and the hardware design thought was given.The validity of the monitor is proved by the exprement of holding one's breath.
