基于Hilbert-Huang变换的提升机齿轮箱故障诊断研究

摘要:Hilbert-Huang变换是用经验模式分解方法(EMD)将信号分解为有限个固有模态函数(IMF),然后再利用H ilbert变换获得时频分布特征的分析方法.介绍了该方法的基本原理,并将Hilbert-Huang变换应用于齿轮箱的故障诊断中,对IMF分量进行边际谱分析,并判断齿轮的故障.研究结果表明,Hilbert-Huang变换是一种有效的齿轮箱故障诊断方法.

Abstract:Hilbert-Huang transform is an analytical method that can separate the analyzed signals into several Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) by the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) , and then time-frequency distribution was obtained by using the Hilbert transform.Principle of the method was introduced and applied in the fault diagnosis of gearbox.The margin spectrum that obtained from Intrinsic Mode Functions was analyzed and the fault was confirmed.The result shows that Hilbert-Huang transform is an effective method for fault diagnosis of gearbox.
