摘要:复合齿轮泵是将内外啮合齿轮副融为一体的新型液压泵,具有径向液压力平衡、流量大、流量均匀性好等特点.为获得合适的排量和其他优良性能,参数的优化是设计复合齿轮泵的关键.以体积最小为目标、以模数、齿轮齿数和齿宽等为设计变量,以排量、齿轮强度和装配要求等为约束条件,建立复合齿轮泵的优化数学模型,采用遗传算法确定各设计变量的数值.通过用V isual Basic语言编写的优化计算程序,获得了复合齿轮泵参数的合理值.

The opti mization method on structure parameters of compound gear pump
Abstract:Balanced compound gear pump is a new type of hydraulic pump that combines inner gear with outer gear pump, which can keep hydraulic pressure balance, discharge greatly, keep the discharge even, etc.Optimization design is the key to get the appropriate output and other quality performance.The paper established for the compound gear pump mathematical optimization model based on the compound gear pump working principle and structural characteristics of a minimum volume goal.By using Visual Basic language corresponding to the optimal design source files based on genetic algorithm.The proper parameters are obtained from running the program.
