摘要:介绍了模糊控制的基本原理以及输入量和输出量的模糊化处理方法,阐述了模糊决策与推理规则以及模糊量转换为精确量的方法.以物料重量偏差和偏差变化率为输入量,以电磁振动给料机的给料速度为输出量,采用模糊决策,根据配料状态的变化实时调整配料速度,有效地提高了配料精度和配料速度,提高了企业经济效益.

Control strategy for weight-lost weigher blending process with fuzzy control
Abstract:Fuzzy control principle, method of input, output-fuzzy, fuzzy decision-making rules and reason, and method of converting fuzzy value to accuracy value are introduced.Material weight error and the variation were served as inputs, feeder speed of electromagnetic vibrating feeder is served as output for the control process.By adopting fuzzy decision-making and according to changes of blending state to adjust blending speed on time, the blending accuracy and blending speed is improved to obtain better ecomocical benefits.
