基于3G网的移动GIS系统关键技术及应用

摘要:随着第三代移动通信网技术(3G)、地理信息系统技术(GIS)和各种移动终端技术的发展,传统的GIS系统迅速向移动GIS系统发展.在分析第三代移动通信网络技术特点的基础上,讨论了基于3G网的GIS系统架构和相关关键技术,并重点介绍了移动台辅助定位、基于移动台的定位和独立定位这3种混合定位技术,最后以空间定位信息服务(LBS)为例,并结合工程实践,讨论了基于3G网的移动GIS技术的最新应用和发展趋势.

The Key Technologies and Related Applications of the 3G-based Mobile GIS System

Abstract:With the development of the third-generation (3G) mobile communication technology, the traditional Geographic Information System (GIS) is quickly evolving into the mobile GIS system, which consequently makes the applications of the GIS system to more new areas.The paper firstly introduces the infrastructure for the emerged 3G-based mobile GIS system, and then describes principles, design procedure and implementation of some key technologies involved in the 3G-based mobile GIS system, which including the WAP protocol, the evaluation of different positioning methods etc.Finally takes Location-Based Service (LBS) as a practical example to show the latest development of the 3G-based mobile GIS system.
