自回转刀具速度方向后角和临界倾斜角的研究

摘要:引出了速度方向后角的概念 ,推导出了一般表达式 .从速度方向后角的角度出发 ,推导在速度方向后角等于零时的临界刀具倾斜角的一般公式 ,分析了其在各种影响因素下的变化趋势 .最后得出了临界刀具倾斜角与工件半径、刀具半径和刀具后角成正比关系和与切削深度成反比等结论 ,对自回转刀具在实际生产中的应用具有一定指导意义 .

Investigation on velocity relief angle and critical oblique angle of the self-propelled rotary cutting tool

Abstract:First, a new concept is put forward, namely velocity Relief Angle, its general formulation is deduced.Then, the general formulation of the Critieal Oblique Angle is deduced, and it’s changing tendency under various factors which influence the limit of the oblique angle are analysed.Finally, some conclusions are made, such as the Critical Oblique Angle is direct ratio to the workpiece’s radius, the cutting tool’s radius, and relief angle;it is inverse ratio to the depyh of cutting, and so on.These conclusions have important direct meaning to the practical application of the self?proplled rotary tools.
