摘要:针对通过设置顶板道来解决综放工作面瓦斯超限技术的广泛应用问题 ,分别较深入地探讨了顶板道和回风巷风量变化与其排放瓦斯量之间的关系。研究表明 ,一般情况下设置顶板道可以较好地解决综放工作面的瓦斯超限问题 ,但瓦斯严重超限时 ,顶板道的排放瓦斯能力难以满足需要 ,在满足回风巷风速及瓦斯浓度均不超限的条件下 ,可通过增大其风量来提高综放工作面总的排放瓦斯能力 .

The restriction of setting up gas-way in a mechanized mining face to solve its gas concentration exceeding limits
Abstract:It has been applied widely that the gas?way is set up in a mechanized mining face to solve its gas concentration exceeding limits, but the gas?way always perfoms well only in some normal situations.Based on the above mentioned, the relations of air?way and gas?way’s capability of discharging and gas from mining face follwing their air flows changing have been studied.It is concluded that the capability of discharging of gas from a face can be enhanced by increasing the air flows of air?way when gas concentration of the face badly exceeds limits, only on the condition that the same time the flow velocity and gas concentration of air?way is proper.
