理工科高校大一男生心理健康状况及对策研究

摘要:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)连续三年分别对H高校2011级、2012级和2013级大一新生进行心理健康状况普查,通过对数据的分析、对比和个别筛查谈话显示:阳性者中男生人数及所占比例明显高于女生;男生心理问题集中反映在强迫症状、人际关系敏感方面,男生阳性学生中70%左右的男生存在目标缺失和人际困惑;专业满意度对男生心理健康状况有显著性影响。针对大一男生的以上问题,在深入分析家庭、社会和认知等原因的基础上,从生命教育的视角,以"三生"教育为根本,从师生交流、团体辅导和专业教育等方面提出切实可行的心理援助、引导和教育对策,为学生的健康成长成才提供服务。

Abstract:Based on the mental health test with Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL-90) given to freshmen at H university in 2011, 2012, and 2013, the author finds the following facts by analyzing data, contrasting and individual interview: the proportion of male students with positive result is significantly higher than that of females; the psychological problems of male students are mainly obsessive compulsive disorder, social contact sensitivity, and about 70% male students with positive result are confronted with target deletion and social contact confusion; professional satisfaction has a significant effect on the mental health of male students. Given problems mentioned above, the author analyzes family, society and cognition factors, and suggests that practical psychological assistance, guidance and education ( such as studentteacher communication, group counseling and professional education) should be provided from the perspective of life education.
