Abstract：College Teachers are the disseminators of knowledge, practitioners of core values and leaders of college students' healthy growth. Cultivating and practicing college teachers' socialist core values is not only helpful to improving the level of college teachers' morality and ethics, and of great significance to constructing a harmonious society and improving the overall and coordinative development of higher education as well. Taking the practice of Henan Polytechnic University into consideration, this paper proposes that the cultivation of college teachers' core values should adhere to the professional ethics education, combine with college teacher team construction, campus culture building and mass line practice activities, and be realized in classroom teaching, keynote speech, scientific research, social practice and daily life.
