高校教师培育和践行核心价值观路径研究

摘要:高校教师是知识的传播者、核心价值观的践行者和大学生健康成长的引领者。培育和践行高校教师社会主义核心价值观,不仅有利于提高高校教师的道德修养和师德水平,对构建和谐社会、促进高等教育全面协调发展也具有重要的意义。结合河南理工大学的具体实践,本文提出高校教师核心价值观培育应坚持职业道德教育,同时也将其融入到教师队伍、校园文化建设和群众路线实践教育活动中,并通过课堂教学和主题报告、科学研究、社会实践和日常生活等实践路径使高校教师社会主义核心价值观得以践行。

Abstract:College Teachers are the disseminators of knowledge, practitioners of core values and leaders of college students' healthy growth. Cultivating and practicing college teachers' socialist core values is not only helpful to improving the level of college teachers' morality and ethics, and of great significance to constructing a harmonious society and improving the overall and coordinative development of higher education as well. Taking the practice of Henan Polytechnic University into consideration, this paper proposes that the cultivation of college teachers' core values should adhere to the professional ethics education, combine with college teacher team construction, campus culture building and mass line practice activities, and be realized in classroom teaching, keynote speech, scientific research, social practice and daily life.
