Abstract：Huang Lin's study on The Golden Lotus is mainly focused on the following two aspects: study on its author and social values. Huang's representative works Research of The Golden Lotus and Lectures on The Golden Lotus layed a sound foundation for studies on The Golden Lotus. Huang's claim that Tu Long is the author is a significant unique statement, and the idea of anti-corruption in The Golden Lotus has significant implications for contemporary society.
