Abstract：Wang Wei, the poet of Tang dynasty, enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad, however, the Wangchuan villa scenic area has been unknown to the public, which is a great waste of excellent traditional cultural and ecological resource. Therefore, the propaganda work of Wangchuan tourism should be strengthened, and construction, propaganda and operation be carried through at the same time. Humanity and natural ecology should be integrated in tourism development, and the concept of ecological tourism should be taken into consideration during planing. This paper puts forward the following suggestions for Wangchuan tourism development: integrate regional tourism resources, establish a regional coordination mechanism, and develop tourism jointly from multi-angle and at multi-level.
